De-stress : Yoga + White Elephant


This event is a members-only event and is not open to the public.

Bring a small gift ($10 max) and participate in a fun white elephant gift exchange with other members. 

Then, coach Jen Goins will lead a holiday de-stress yoga session to peel away the stress of the coming holidays.
